Instructions

Cycle/reboot your router to fix internet issues, improve speeds, clear cache, and help keep your router protected from cyberattacks.
 

  1. Unplug the power and ethernet cables from the router.
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds for the router to power off completely.
  3. Reconnect the power and ethernet cables.
  4. Wait for the Internet light to turn solid, then check your internet connection.
  5. If you are still experiencing issues call MRIC support at +1 (720) 210-1969.
